The Galaxy Fold features a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display, which allows the phone to have a tablet-sized screen that can be folded into half to turn it into a smaller form-factor phone. For this, Samsung has use a special hinge system that comes with multiple interlocking gears, which allow the device to be folded and unfolded whenever required. The hinge looks pretty sturdy and durable and is claimed to withstand numerous folds over the years. The main display on the device has a resolution of 1536×2152, whereas, the smaller 4.6-inch display has a resolution of 840 x 1960. Samsung is using a 7nm processor to power the device, with 512GB of Universal Flash Storage 3.0 (UFS), and 12GB of RAM. To deal with the power delivery, the company has included two individual batteries that are separated into two different halves but combine together to act as a single power source. In terms of software, Samsung is allowing the Galaxy Fold to be able to run three apps at once to increase its multitasking capabilities. By doing so, you would be able to open up three apps in the tablet mode and use them simultaneously without any problem. Samsung says it is using app continuity for this feature, which essentially allows an app to be seamlessly opened from phone mode to tablet mode, and vice-versa. Talking about camera, the Galaxy Fold sports six camera sensors in total, with three on the rear, one on the front, two inside the device. The three camera sensors are a 12MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 16MP ultra-wide camera. Whereas, the two cameras inside are a 10MP selfie camera and an 8MP depth camera. On the other hand, the camera on the front is a 10MP selfie camera.
