The cheapest model sports Snapdragon 650 backed up by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The costliest one features Snapdragon 652 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. Lastly, there’s an option for 3GB of RAM, Snapdragon 652 and 64GB internal storage. All the versions offer a hybrid SIM tray which you can utilize to either get Dual SIM support or expand the storage via a MicroSD card. Every model also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the back.
They all carry a 16 Megapixel shooter with phase detection autofocus on the back along with Dual-LED flash setup and a front-facing 5MP wide angle (85°) lens. Software wise, the Mi Max marks the introduction of MIUI 8 that boasts some impressive design overhaul running on top of Android Marshmallow.
Xiaomi Mi Max will be available in three color options including Silver Light Grey and Gold. Prices start from CNY 1,500 ($230/€200), the S652/3GB RAM one will cost you CNY 1,700 ($260/€230) and the top model will go on sale for CNY 2,000 ($300/€270). Overall, the Mi Max does look like a perfect deal, however, the size will be the major question for most customers out there.
